To have all the illusions possible

Renovation of a building from 1900, formerly a warehouse, into a two-storey house. On the ground floor, there is a garage with direct access from the street and a living area, an open and bright space that connects to the back garden. Here, a swimming pool and a porch have been incorporated, joined to the house by a vegetable pergola.

Access to the first floor is provided by a concrete staircase on the first floor and wooden steps on the rest, allowing natural light to enter from the facade. Original elements of the building are maintained and highlighted, such as the sloping roof with painted wooden beams and a unique door to the main room.

The facades retain their original style, and inside, noble and artisanal materials are prioritized, bringing character and coherence to the renovation.
