Our architecture responds to a methodological process perfected during our 40 years of experience.
Based on our experience, we have developed an architectural work methodology that is structured as follows:

1. The Customer

The starting point of any project is the client, their needs and sensitivities. Each project adapts to the particular demands of each user, seeking personalized solutions that improve their quality of life and generate a harmonious bond with the environment.
2. The Context

The location of the work and its surroundings constitute a key factor in our work process. Seeking integration with the environment means working with respect for the landscape and the territory. Building historical, geographical and topographical knowledge of the location of the work and its area of influence is essential to understand the dynamics of transformation of the territory itself and integrate into it organically.
- Location: Detailed knowledge of the place where the work is carried out.
- Climate: Study of climatic conditions to optimize energy efficiency.
- History: Study of the historical, social and cultural memory of the territory and/or pre-existence where one works.
- Landscape: Respect and dialogue with the original structures of the natural environment.
3. The Program

The dialogue between client and context leads us to define unique and unrepeatable architectural programs. The criteria and strategies we use in the design process allow us to construct buildings that not only respond to the daily and practical needs of the user, but also guarantee a sustainable and sensitive relationship with the environment, giving maximum importance to the experiential and sensorial experience that it offers us.
4. The Ecosystem: Sustainable Criteria and Strategies
Natural materials:

Experimentation with indigenous materials of proven durability, such as reed, clay (material used in the Iberian world and part of the Middle Ages), stone and local woods (olive, acacia, etc.). This allows us to recover and reinterpret traditional construction systems of the territory adapted to the current needs of contemporary architecture.
Crafts and traditional techniques

We act as master builders with practical knowledge of the different traditional construction techniques. Our architecture integrates various construction crafts to achieve unique buildings rooted in the territory, collaborating with local artisans to preserve and revitalize traditional trades through each project.
Recycling of materials

From the earthworks prior to the implementation of the house (foundations, cisterns, etc.) we can separate the stones, gravel and clays and reuse them in the work. The mud and gravel are used to make the mud walls. The gravel is used in the roofs and drainages around the perimeter of the building. The stone is used for interior and exterior walls and pavements. A maximum of materials from the immediate environment are used, and those that we do not have in nearby environments are sought.
Energy autonomy and self-sufficiency

Water scheme
Use of natural resources such as water (rain collection, wells, recycled grey water), sun and wind for energy generation and natural air conditioning of buildings. Integration of productive green spaces (orchard, garden) to contribute to food self-sufficiency.
The Home

The house is more than a building; it is a space of refuge and rooting. We work with harmony as an essential principle, considering the proportions of the spaces, the balance of volumes and the play of light and shadow to generate an atmosphere that promotes well-being. The order in the distribution of the spaces contributes to a fluid experiential experience, offering a functional, welcoming home in tune with the physical and emotional needs of its inhabitants. Through the relationship with the environment and the use of warm and noble materials, we ensure that each house becomes a true home.
Healthy Space

The use of materials without aggressive treatments or added patinas allows them to age with dignity, ensuring that the building's skin integrates both in terms of landscape and climatic comfort. This philosophy guarantees healthy spaces free of toxic products, promoting a more natural and balanced living environment with the environment.
